At Neoteny Homes, we have long considered that homes needed to be built with a longer term view - we are living longer, we hold our independence fiercely and our home environment should be able to support our need for ongoing independence.

Why not build a home with no level changes so we can get from the front curb to the back fence without having to navigate a step....
Why not have wider hallways and doorways with an easy flow so that if the time comes when we need mobility assistance we can still navigate our way around our own home with ease.....
Why not include a self contained zone upstairs - accessible via your own lift, allowing the flexibility of added live-in support within the home whilst maintaining space and privacy.....
Why not have access to our very own hydrotherapy pool where we can maintain our physical fitness for longer without undue pressure on joints........
Why can't we have all of these things incorporated into a stylish, state of the art home.....

State of the Art Designs

Our homes are wired, ready for a complete home automation set up. This means voice controlled lighting, security, audio, temperature control - you can make it as simple or serious as you like. We include solar panels and even an electric car charging station in the garage to ensure you have everything you need in the years to come!

If you have a block of land and love the concept of building a house to suit you now and into the future, we would love to chat with you about how one of our homes could work for you, integrated into your preferred location.
